We are committed to delivering your products quickly and safely. This Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of high demand or stock unavailability, processing may take a little longer — we’ll inform you by email or SMS.
2. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timeline is:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other areas: 5–8 business days

Remote or rural areas: 8–12 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service, and external factors like weather or logistics delays.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and reputed courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to monitor your package in real time.
4. Delivery Charges

Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a certain amount.

Orders below that amount may attract a nominal shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.

Any additional delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned before you make the payment.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Massavio delivers within India only.
For international delivery requests, please contact us at support@massavio.com to confirm availability and shipping costs.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

You can track your order status directly through our website under “Track Order” or through the courier partner’s website.
7. Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

The courier partner will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

You can contact our customer support team to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

Contact us immediately at support@massavio.com within 24–48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will investigate with our logistics partners and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Change in Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing the order:

Please contact us at support@massavio.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.
