We strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are shipped, tracked, and managed.


1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship orders across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment. For special requests, please contact support@massavio.com.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather, holidays).


4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products and orders above [insert amount, e.g., ₹999].

  • For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee will be charged — visible during checkout.

  • Any additional handling or express shipping fees will be clearly mentioned before you confirm your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through our “Track Order” page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

If you face issues tracking your order, please contact support@massavio.com with your order ID.


6. Shipment Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Logistics or courier network issues

  • Unforeseen weather or natural disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

In such cases, we’ll keep you updated via email or phone.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@massavio.com within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery of) your order.
We’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.


8. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to failed delivery:

  • The parcel may return to us, and

  • Re-shipment may incur additional shipping charges.


9. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment if applicable.
