Return & Refund Policy
At Massavio, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

The return request is made within [7–10 days] of delivery.
Some items such as personal care products, innerwear, perishables, or customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Contact our support team at support@massavio.com within the return period.

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or return instructions if approved.
Please do not return any items without prior approval.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant:

Exchanges are allowed only for eligible products.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@massavio.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Notify us immediately (within 24–48 hours of delivery).

Share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may still apply for a return after delivery as per our return policy.
